    Construction along east side of Cornelius Pass Road. Willamette Water Supply pipeline installation. Construction of dedicated right-turn lane on Tualatin Valley Highway.

  • Stage 2, Phase 2

    July-August 2023

    Installation of a section of waterline across Cornelius Pass Road.

  • Stage 3

    August-December 2023

    Final construction.
