We are widening Cornelius Pass Road between Frances Street and Tualatin Valley Highway to five motor vehicle lanes (two travel lanes in each direction and a center turn lane) with bike lanes and sidewalks.
A section of Willamette Water Supply pipeline will be installed under Cornelius Pass Road in coordination with this project. The pipeline will extend from Frances Street to Reedville Creek Park parking lot where vaults will be installed for connection to the city of Hillsboro's water distribution system.
